Founded in 2023, Noble Partners Workforce was created by someone who has worked in the industry - not just recruited for it.
Why we exist
Noble Partners Workforce was established to address a gap that anyone who has worked in shipbuilding or offshore will recognise: most recruitment agencies don't understand the work. They match keywords on CVs to job titles, without the technical knowledge to assess whether a candidate can actually do the job.
Our founder's background is in shipbuilding electrical and automation - hands on project work in shipyards and offshore environments. That experience shapes how we operate. We know what a commissioning engineer actually does on a newbuild. We know the difference between a marine electrician who can work independently and one who needs supervision. We know what documentation a shipyard expects before a contractor sets foot on site.
That technical understanding is the foundation of everything we do - from how we screen candidates to how we advise clients on realistic timelines and team composition.
